  • Rigid PCB up to 16 layers

  • Flex-rigid PCB up to 6 layers

  • FR4-TGs: TG140, TG150 and TG170

  • ​Thicknesses from 0.2 mm to 3.2 mm

  • Finished copper up to 6 oz 

  • Drilling size from 0.15mm to 3.2 mm

  • Surface finish: ENIG, HASL (with or without lead), OSP and Hard Gold.

  • Solder Mask and Silkscreen in different colors 

ASSEMBLY

PCB layout design and assembly: List

PCBA stands for PCB Assembly, and can refer to the finished populated PCB or the process of populating the PCB with components itself.


There are 4 main stages for SMT assembly including paste application, automated component placement, reflow soldering and cleaning, inspection and testing if requested. We also count with automated equipment to solder through-hole components and trained technicians to solder BGA and fine pitch components.
